The Friends of the Hackettstown Library, Inc., a nonprofit and charitable corporation, was incorporated in 2002 in response to flooding that damaged the Children’s Room on the lower level of the building. Their room is beautifully refurbished and fully functional. The Friends contributed $2,360 to pay for the circulation desk computer. We thank all who have supported us with their generous contributions of both time and money. |

Now we have redirected our focus to the general purpose of lending support to the Board of Trustees of the Hackettstown Free Public Library with their ongoing endeavors to provide high quality library services to the community and to promote all activities and purposes pertaining thereto.
